1. Service Terms

All products can be returned for free repair if there is no man-made damage within one year from the date of purchase.

Submit effective proof of the product problem (photo or video), send it to our customer service email address, and return the battery according to the instructions to get free repair service.

Note:
The battery is a consumable product. Depending on the application and usage pattern, it is normal for the maximum capacity of all batteries to gradually decrease over time. Therefore, changes in battery capacity are not covered by warranty.

2. Warranty Procedure

①Contact Customer Service → ②Customer Service Check → ③Return Product → ④After Repair

1) Contact Customer Service: Click "Contact Us" for further assistance.

2) Customer Service Check: Once our after-sales customer service approves your request, we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to your address accordingly. Please mark/print/write the RMA number on the outside of your shipping package.

Tips:
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Our after-sales service department will not accept returns without an RMA number.

3) Return Product: The RMA number will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue, during which time we must receive the returned product(s). Please provide us with the appropriate courier (preferred post) and tracking information so that we can track your return shipment.

4) After repair: After receiving the returned shipment, our technical department will check the returned goods. We will reschedule the battery delivery within 2-7 business days after receiving the goods.

Please note: aolstecell.co.uk reserves the right to refuse repair if the item is not covered by warranty.

3. Warranty Details

The following conditions are not covered by the battery warranty:

① Batteries ordered from other sellers.
② Products that are not covered by warranty.
③ Damage caused by improper handling or insufficient customer protection.
④ Damage caused by fire, flood, war, violence or other similar event.
⑤ Remove the warranty sticker or attempt to tamper with the internal battery pack.
⑥ Modify or service by a specialist outside of aolstecell.co.uk.
⑦ Battery capacity has decreased due to long-term use.
