RMA Request Form

Once you have received the products from us, please store the package appropriately. This is as they are necessary in case of returning faulty products the future.
Submit the request form or email our customer service to obtain an RMA number. We would appreciate if you could provide your name, email address, phone number, and invoice. We will send you an RMA number via emailm.
Please repack the original packaging with everything you received. Failure to include any original components may result in a refusal to issue an exchange or refund from us.
Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and return it to us. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from customers' failure to mark the RMA number as requested. Please note that you are responsible for any loss freight. You may insure your shipment to limit any potential losses you may incur.
